We recently sold our house in Mayer, MN with Linda and had a wonderful experience working with her. We haven't had the best of luck with realtors these days but Linda was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. would give 6 stars if I could!!!

We moved from out of state so we were not as knowledgeable about the area. Ben patiently worked with us, recommended areas, got to know what WE were looking for, not what he thought we should look for. He was on top of it and not pushy, wanting to get what we wanted. Appreciated his patiences as we were half in state/out of state in trying to find a house. It was wonderful being able to count on someone who was also honest. Would totally recommend!!!

If you roll back through Ann Smothers' feedback, you will find this is the SECOND positive review I have written for her in recent years. It is because we used her AGAIN to buy another home. In the past 4 years, our extended family has used Ann to sell and buy 3 homes totaling over 1 million dollars. In this most recent sale, she represented us, the buyer. Just like before, she was knowledgeable, she provided invaluable insight we likely would not have gotten with other agents and she was responsive to our needs. We asked her to make appointments to look at many houses, she never complained and was never late for our house showings. I have purchased 6 different homes in my lifetime, all across the country, Ann Smothers has been the most professional agent we have ever had. As long as she is still an agent when we move again, I am calling Ann to sell our current house too!
