No matter how late notice they always prioritized showing us and taking whatever time we needed - even to look at homes more than once if we were really on the fence. We really felt as if we got to know each other extremely well and they knew what we were really needing in a home for our family. Beyond this, both Sid and Martha are genuinely wonderful people. They are invested in their local community, active in helping their neighbors and in making Northfield an excellent place to live. We count ourselves extremely fortunate that we have crossed paths and we hope to remain lifelong friends. We felt as if they were genuinely over the moon with us when we finally found the perfect fit, and Martha spent hours with us making sure our offer was just right. After multiple showings, different cities, and counties. We have found our lots that will work for us! The process can be overwhelming especially for those who do not specialize in the industry. But that's what you go with people like Steve who knows what he's doing. The land purchasing and process can be quite different than your standard prebuilt home etc! With that said Steve had great recommendations on who to use and how to move forward with the process. Having multiple questions; Steve met us with answers every time. After phone calls to make sure we understood everything, a few trips to the property we could not be happier with our experience. Steve knows what he is doing all around the board and has great resources and experience. We trusted Steve the whole way in such an important chapter in our life and he exceeded our expectations.. If you want someone who you can trust at all hours and days; and knows what he is doing. He is your guy!

chad is very knowledgeable in real-estate and construction in general, and is very personable & easy to talk with and understand. He cares about each sale and wants to make sure its a happy experience. He sold my parents house in 3 days, with 18 showings and 9 offers on the table. WOW.
