The message we received was that enjoyed working with seniors, and that he understood and appreciated our priorities, strengths, and, yes, stresses. To this day, he has continued to convey that message. As we traveled through our move and anticipated selling our house, he walked us through the process, demonstrating his expertise in preparing the house for each step: assisting in our actual move, upgrading and staging the house, Aaron's beautiful pictures and videos, and much more. Bryan and his team developed a marketing plan that produced immediate offers, a positive decision on which to accept, and a very short escrow. Denise is the best realtor we have worked with. Upon our first meeting, Denise came into our home, walked around, complimented what she liked, and told us the fixes we would need to do to get top dollar for our house. It wasnt easy to listen to, but when we thought about it from a buyers perspective, we agreed to get quotes for the work that was needed. Denise has great resources with her list of preferred vendors. She arranged for several to come out and give us quotes on one day within a window of time - to me this showed she respected our time and the vendors time. Within a few days we had all the quotes in, she put them on a spreadsheet for us to compare , so we could pick who was going to do the work. Two weeks later we had painters, carpenters, and landscapers out to the house working. All of the vendors were easy to work with, and strived to get the house ready quickly so we could get it on the market. Denises suggestions paid off! The house looked amazing! It looked "why are we selling it" amazing! Since we were moving before the sale, she also suggested we stage the home - and to this day I know the staging helped sell our home quickly. Something else Denise did when she met with us for the first time was give us the current tone of the market - average days on market and price per sq ft for our area. It was to help us to enter the market with realistic expectations, and we did. Because we took her suggestion to heart and did the updates, we received 4 offers within the first 72 hours and all above asking price. Denise knows the market, knows what a house needs to sell quickly, and knows how to help you achieve top dollar for your investment. Denise is professional, communicative, kind, courteous, and respectful. Honestly, wish we had another property she could sell for us.
Stephanie is the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She helped my wife and I buy our first home and was present every step of the way. She coordinated closely with our lender to ensure we never missed a beat from pre-approval to close of escrow. We were living in LA while house hunting and therefore had limited windows to drive down to SD to look at houses.
