I cannot speak highly enough of Claudio De Medeiros and his handling of the estate sale and house sale for me. From providing advice on pre-sale repairs/preparations, to Open Houses, through negotiations and closing escrow he was a pleasure to work with. Before I hired him for the estate sale I spoke with 3 other companies. I checked many of his references, all of whom were very pleased. It was because of my satisfaction with the estate sale that I proceeded with the house sale. I highly recommend him for both estate and home sales.

We called Aaron as a referral from a co-worker. We had five other agents people referred to us and Aaron was the first to return the call. After interviewing three other agents and it was obvious Aaron was the first choice. He was genuinelly concerned finding a home for us and about saving us money on our purchase. He must have showed us 30 or 40 homes and written offers on at least five. We did not feel like we were going to get anything due to the market being so small with so many other buyers competing for the same homes. If it were not for Aaron's speed in responding to new homes hitting the market, getting us in the view them and the respect other agents clearly have for Aaron we would probably still be looking.

Jean Sedar is the best! Jean was patient over the long period it took us to finally find our home during the crazy past two years. She guided us through the entire process of the purchase as well as a 1031 exchange were were unfamiliar with. Her attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. She saw things we would overlook and even after the sale was complete she'd checked in with us to make sure all was to our satisfaction. She is professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable of the area with so many stories to share. We had a great time and she made the process so enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with the end result and will be glad to call her again when the time comes!
