I cannot speak highly enough of Claudio De Medeiros and his handling of the estate sale and house sale for me. From providing advice on pre-sale repairs/preparations, to Open Houses, through negotiations and closing escrow he was a pleasure to work with. Before I hired him for the estate sale I spoke with 3 other companies. I checked many of his references, all of whom were very pleased.
