Jean Sedar is the best! Jean was patient over the long period it took us to finally find our home during the crazy past two years. She guided us through the entire process of the purchase as well as a 1031 exchange were were unfamiliar with. Her attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. She saw things we would overlook and even after the sale was complete she'd checked in with us to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Jean is an exceptional realtor. We had a difficult timeline to meet for buying a condominium, and she made sure it happened. There were all kinds of roadblocks in our way, and she helped us navigate them all: an unresponsive accommodator, a seller who called obvious mold problems “black spots”, causing us to back out of a purchase, and especially, our own ignorance of the whole process, and on and on.
