Rachel has knowledge of both realty as well as the loan origination side which she has been doing for quite some time. I never felt rushed to have to choose a place and when I did choose, she helped me communicate to my loan officer (i went through my credit union), the sellers agent, the HOA, and the seller. A year later, she helped us navigate the process of a new build from going under contract through closing more than 6 months later.
