Our realtor Lauren Atkins, is absolutely phenomenal! She has helped us find two amazing homes that we bought within the last year. A year later, she helped us navigate the process of a new build from going under contract through closing more than 6 months later. During this time, Tanya helped resolve difficult building issues, such as working with the builder to change an exterior accent trim, installing bidet electrical outlets despite the builder's initial opposition citing electrical code, and making personalization design choices throughout the house.
