Alison has developed great working relationships with different trades and was able to recommend a trustworthy a/c tradesman to replace the entire a/c system with a quick turn around. Alison was also able to stage the home for us in a manner that really highlighted the character of the home. Alison was always available by phone for any questions and did multiple open houses during the sale. Alison used her marketing skills to develop flyers for the property and distribute them for greater visibility on the property. We have used Alison to purchase one property and sell this property.
