She understood our timeline and kept us realistic. She was instrumental in the negotiation process as it was not at all straightforward for the property we purchased. Bobbee helped us throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing our new home. Besides doing a thorough market research, and allowing us to look at multiple resale homes, ultimately we decided to purchase a new build. She went well beyond our expectations because she also gave us advice on inspections before signing for the house so that we knew the condition of the house. She also has a network of contractors such as painters, paint suppliers, plumbing, movers, and even investigated and offered suggestions on solar companies for use. This the move less stressful on us. Additionally, on her own initiative, she asked the builder to give us upgrades and incentives that we would not have even thought of that were added to the purchase agreement for free. We plan to use her to sell our current home and anticipate another pleasant experience. We highly recommend Bobbee for your realtor needs in the Tucson area.

Her assistance in establishing the proper offering price and all of the details associated with a home purchase was amazing. We were on a tight timeline and she devoted her time and energy to us without hesitation. Our time in Tucson was cut short mid process, and she never missed a beat; coordinating inspections, repairs, title issues and the myriad of specific Arizona rules and regulations. We felt she was truly our advocate throughout the process and we are extremely grateful for her expertise and energy. Bobbee was highly recommended to us by one of her former clients and now we know why. We will highly recommend her without hesitation.
