She also has a network of contractors such as painters, paint suppliers, plumbing, movers, and even investigated and offered suggestions on solar companies for use. This the move less stressful on us. Additionally, on her own initiative, she asked the builder to give us upgrades and incentives that we would not have even thought of that were added to the purchase agreement for free.
