Bobbee helped us throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing our new home. Besides doing a thorough market research, and allowing us to look at multiple resale homes, ultimately we decided to purchase a new build. She went well beyond our expectations because she also gave us advice on inspections before signing for the house so that we knew the condition of the house. She also has a network of contractors such as painters, paint suppliers, plumbing, movers, and even investigated and offered suggestions on solar companies for use. This the move less stressful on us. Additionally, on her own initiative, she asked the builder to give us upgrades and incentives that we would not have even thought of that were added to the purchase agreement for free.
