This property was unique in it's type for the area it is located in. Alison was extremely helpful in understanding what the listing price should be on a property with no real comps in the area. The a/c unit failed just prior to getting the house listed for sale. Alison has developed great working relationships with different trades and was able to recommend a trustworthy a/c tradesman to replace the entire a/c system with a quick turn around. Alison was also able to stage the home for us in a manner that really highlighted the character of the home. Alison was always available by phone for any questions and did multiple open houses during the sale. Alison used her marketing skills to develop flyers for the property and distribute them for greater visibility on the property. We have used Alison to purchase one property and sell this property. We will definitely use her for any future real-estate needs we have and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market as either a buyer or seller.
