This property was unique in it's type for the area it is located in. Alison was extremely helpful in understanding what the listing price should be on a property with no real comps in the area. The a/c unit failed just prior to getting the house listed for sale. Alison has developed great working relationships with different trades and was able to recommend a trustworthy a/c tradesman to replace the entire a/c system with a quick turn around. Alison was also able to stage the home for us in a manner that really highlighted the character of the home.
