Shortly after the initial listing we received a realistic offer, and with Alison's guidance the process of offer and counter-offer the buyer was congenial, and the buyer and I quickly agreed on the sale price. Then came the removal of all of the household items. Once again Alison provided good advice about my options. I chose one of the companies that she recommended. They were easy to work with, and the process was hassle-free. After getting a thorough explanation of the Escrow Statement, the actual signing of the documents went smoothly just like everything else.

Alison got the seller to come down to the price I needed and kept the transaction on track. We closed late due to issues with my loan, but Alison kept the seller happy and we closed a few days late.
