Alison went above and beyond in getting the house ready to sell, as there was a lot of deferred maintenance and I was operating as power of attorney and live out of town. Alison found numerous contractors and managed them and all work - all did a great job. And we were able to sell the house for more than double the investment we put in. My property was a vacant land in a beautiful location with a complicated history. I had tried selling it years ago but was disappointed with the Agency I hired. A friend referred me to Alison. Within 7-10 days she was contacted by two interested parties. The negotiations and agreements could not have been more courteous and convenient. We closed and papers signed seamlessly.
