My property was a vacant land in a beautiful location with a complicated history. I had tried selling it years ago but was disappointed with the Agency I hired. A friend referred me to Alison. Alison called, txted, and emailed me almost daily and often more than once a day to keep me up to date. She responded to my calls and txts very quickly, even late in the evening. Within 7-10 days she was contacted by two interested parties. The negotiations and agreements could not have been more courteous and convenient. We closed and papers signed seamlessly. I could not be happier with how this whole process went. Alison was the ultimate professional.
