Courtney helped the reviewer sell this property

Easy and seamless sale in a tough market

Courtney was very helpful in upgrade ideas and setting the price. She staged the house which we felt gave us a better showing compared to houses that aren't staged. Her communication throughout the process was great! We've already recommended her to friends. We'll be using her when we are ready to sell the rest of our rentals.
