Since we were shopping from out of state, she made the most of our 4 days in town by touring us through 23 listings—without it ever feeling overwhelming. She prepared a detailed binder with each listing, maps, and a day-to-day itinerary that was so organized and thoughtful. Beyond showing homes, Turiya gave us a real feel for the city by pointing out local spots and community highlights. She was clear, honest, and always quick to respond to our questions, which gave us so much peace of mind. Turiya goes above and beyond for her clients, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly!

She sent us weekly updates of new homes on the market, kept in touch when she knew we were almost ready to relocate to Florida from Pennsylvania, readily changed her search for our home to reflect our interests when we changed our minds on what we really wanted and was able to answer all our questions in a very timely fashion. When we were unable to be there in person, Turiya walked through prospective homes with us via video chats, as well as met family members who live in the area for walk throughs. She went out of her way to accommodate us when we randomly sent her property addresses and inquired about them, including weekends and evenings, and wrote several offers for us. When we decided on one particular property, she went above and beyond what we would have thought was expected and helped us negotiate the deal with expert advice, excellent timing and wisdom in the field. Throughout the entire buying process she went out of her way to keep us informed of what happens next and also made sure to check in with us to see if we had any questions. Due to our living in a different state, Turiya offered to meet the inspectors for us and encouraged us to let her know if there was anything she could do to help make the transition easier. With Turiya’s help we were able to purchase our new home, sight unseen, with no wrinkles, surprises or difficulties while constantly being kept informed throughout the process. When we finally arrived to see it in person, we were extremely happy with our purchase, and we feel as though we have made a great friend in Turiya. We definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a home in this area!!!
