She went out of her way to accommodate us when we randomly sent her property addresses and inquired about them, including weekends and evenings, and wrote several offers for us. When we decided on one particular property, she went above and beyond what we would have thought was expected and helped us negotiate the deal with expert advice, excellent timing and wisdom in the field. Throughout the entire buying process she went out of her way to keep us informed of what happens next and also made sure to check in with us to see if we had any questions. Due to our living in a different state, Turiya offered to meet the inspectors for us and encouraged us to let her know if there was anything she could do to help make the transition easier. With Turiya’s help we were able to purchase our new home, sight unseen, with no wrinkles, surprises or difficulties while constantly being kept informed throughout the process. When we finally arrived to see it in person, we were extremely happy with our purchase, and we feel as though we have made a great friend in Turiya. We definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a home in this area!!!
