Karen is the ultimate professional but warm and engaging as well. Her experience in the field helped us smoothly move through any glitches in the process as we sold our home. My wife and I met Karen at an open house. We were looking to move to Florida from Pennsylvania, and were seeking an agent who would be able to help us locate our dream house from a distance, and Karen was that agent. Karen took the time to understand the home we were seeking and our preferred locations. She set up an itinerary of homes to view when we traveled to Florida and spent hours driving us around the Clearwater and surrounding vicinities. When that area didn’t work out, she and her colleague, Chris, again took the time to plan a tour of the Bradenton/Sarasota areas and spent hours driving us around looking at both resales and new builds.
