Jean is a dream of a real estate agent. My experience has been that she is confident, knowledgeable, personable, a great listener and an excellent communicator. She works tirelessly day in and day out to get the deal done. There are agents out there who just chase the deal but Jean's focus is on getting her clients what they want. And for that I was grateful. I wish I could give her more than five stars.

From the initial contact Jean was giving us houses to look at and then adjusting her search as she got familiar with our likes and dislikes. When we started to visit the houses she arranged a shortlist and visit schedule and when we decided on the one we wanted she led us through all the processes involved from inspection to walk through to possession. Lots of communication to keep us in the loop about what was going on and then many extra little touches to make the experience better.

There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for Jean. We've known her for about 8 years, and when our oldest son was still in elementary school, she helped us buy our very first home. Fast forward to today, and she has once again helped us—this time purchasing our forever home in Arvada! Jean has been there for our family through one of life's biggest milestones, not just once, but twice. She genuinely listens to what you want, pays attention to every little detail, and always makes you feel like you're her top priority. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism, honesty, and guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She never pressured us into making a decision and was always patient, making sure we found the home that truly fit our family. We always knew she had our best interests at heart. We moved from out of state and had the difficult situation of one spouse already relocated to Denver and one spouse still at our old location. Jean would FaceTime with me to show houses to me since I could not get to Denver in person. She takes the time to listen to your likes and dislikes. She does her due diligence with comparable properties so you offer a price that is competitive but not over market value. Jean is excellent at keeping you informed and sending market updates on new listings. She goes above and beyond to help you find a great house. She is friendly and personable and we enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend!

Working with Jean was amazing. We came to her letting her know we were planning to move from New England to Denver. She did everything in her power from the very beginning to make that possible. We arranged 2 separate trips out to look for homes and she always had a list of homes that met our requirements ready to go. We looked through tons before finding our dream home. We actually found our home while we were out of state she video toured it for us same day. Her willingness to do that enabled us to actually get the home in a crazy competitive market. Once we purchased the home, Jean was amazing. She came to every meeting with the inspector. She pointed out things we should get on the report. She noticed a gutter we were missing and brought it to the house with her on moving day. We had a hiccup with signing remotely that Jean handled within minutes. Her diligence and dedication to the sale made for an amazing experience working with her. We will certainly use her again and recommend her to everyone we know.
