Erica is fantastic and I can not recommend her enough! She makes the home search process so fun. Even more importantly, she’s incredibly informed and really goes out of her way to represent you and make sure your interests are advocated to the other parties involved. She’s also very patient, which was important as first time homebuyers asking many many questions. She knew exactly what homes would fit our taste and budget, but also was patient as we took a bit of time to realize what we wanted. She also personalizes the experience through the little details like bringing us coffee during the less exciting pre closing meetings, sending us checklists and info to keep us organized, and most amazing of all, when my husband couldn’t make it to the closing, she brought a cutout of him from a picture I sent her so that he could be in the celebration pictures. We really enjoyed working with Erica and plan to continue to do so in the future.
