Easy to talk to

My Realtor was away on vacation and she gave all my information to Shana because we were in need of finding a place quickly. We touched base , I sent her some information on some properties and she ran with it. Shana was quick to set up appointments and fit us into her schedule last minute. It was very appreciative of her hard work and determination. We wound up finding a place a few days later. Having Shana as our realtor was so comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shana! She successfully helped us sell our home and purchase our new home through a contingency sale; all within just a month and a half. Anyone who has been through a contingency sale knows how stressful and complicated the process can be, but Shana handled every moving piece with professionalism, patience, and incredible attention to detail. She coordinated the sale of our current home with the purchase of our new one, kept everything moving on schedule, and made sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. What could have been an overwhelming process felt manageable because we knew we had someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in getting us to the finish line. Angela is so patient and hardworking!

Angela worked diligently and passionately to find me my new place! I had a decent amount of wants and needs and we ended up having to look for a lot longer than I was hoping.
