I am so thankful for Amy! I used Amy as my realtor to help me down size from my home of over 50 years to a 55+ condo community. Purchasing a condo can be an overwhelming experience but Amy helped me step by step through the entire process and made it a pleasant experience. I had been in the hospital at the time two condos became available in the building that I liked and and she went to both units and sent me photos and videos of the units and the grounds. She helped me narrow down to the unit I ultimately made an offer on and purchased. She helped me prepare for my meeting with the condo board association as well. What I thought would have been a daunting task, wasn’t, and it was all because of Amy’s help. She gave us the ins and outs of how to stage our home for the open house, so that it showed beautifully. She came early that day not just to set up, but to ease our minds as we were extremely nervous. She even took the time to make sure that my cats were safe and didn’t accidentally get out when people were coming and going. We appreciated that more than she knew. She was in constant contact with both myself and my husband throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We never had to reach out to her to ask her what was going on or how things were going as she was always one step ahead and kept us in the loop constantly. We definitely were not a number with her. Besides being super professional, proactive and efficient, she is a super sweet person.
