Kathy never left our side. She was present at all showings and made sure everything went smoothly and accurately. Kathy is one of a kind and the right agent if you are looking to buy or sell.

When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented. Thanks to Sean Farley.

Kristine Grieco is the best realtor we could have wished for to put our home in Ramsey on the market to sell after 56 years. Having grown up in Ramsey herself, having shared some friends with our children was a big benefit. This made everything much easier, because trust and easy communication were quickly established. Kristine is familiar with all different aspects of life in our community, where she now raises her own son. She knows the school system well, the strength of the academic and sports activities, all aspects of a good education. Kristine handled any question regarding important end stage procedures, lawyers, inspectors, water and electricity management, experts needed, and last minute tasks with borough hall. There was not one aspect of the sale in which she could have offered any more assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and charming team. Donna became our friend over the course of the 3 months of this truly challenging task, and made our lives so much easier. Thank you again, Kristine, for helping us to say goodbye to a community, where we had been involved for 56 years and left behind many good friends!

Pam truly stood out from any other agent we have worked with. Her communication style, responsiveness, and market knowledge set her in a league of her own. Communication can make or break a real estate experience, and Pam absolutely excelled at it. She explains complex market trends and paperwork in a way that is clear and straightforward. We never had to guess what the next step was because she kept us proactively informed throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was her incredible responsiveness. In a fast-moving market, timing is everything, and Pam was always a step ahead. Whether it was an early morning text or a late-evening call, she responded almost instantly. We never felt left waiting, which gave us immense peace of mind. Furthermore, her strong market knowledge was invaluable. Pam knows local neighborhoods and pricing strategies inside and out.
