About Ryan

Ryan O'Connor joined Terrie O'Connor Realtors (TOCR) in 2019. Throughout the years he has done some work as an office administrator and has seen tremendous success with 45+ transactions as a sales associate. With many achievements, Ryan was notably awarded by RisMedia as one of the 2024 Real Estate Newsmakers in the Trailblazers category. In 2024 & 2025 he was voted in as a board member for Greater Bergen Realtors (GBR). There, one of his responsibilities was being Board Liaison to the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and both years they went on to win YPN of the Region and even one year for the Nation. Both those years Ryan was also awarded with the Rising Star Real Estate Agent award from Five Star Professionals. Another highlight, in 2025 Ryan got a Global Referral award from Leading Real Estate Companies of The World and in 2026 Five Star Professionals would name him a Five Star Real Estate Agent. Wendy definitely has sophisticated knowledge of the Apple Ridge community as she is a home owner herself. We can't say enough good things about working with Wendy. Wendy listens carefully to what her clients need and treats their goals as her own. Wendy is an amazing communicator. She answered every call, text, and email quickly, updated us proactively before we had to ask, and explained each step in plain language so we always felt informed and confident in our decisions. Because we are not local, we relied on her more than most clients ever would, and she went above and beyond. When it came time to get the unit ready, Wendy met with contractors on our behalf, walked the space, and kept us updated every step of the way. She handled the coordination and follow-up that would have been impossible for us to manage from a distance. Her market knowledge and professionalism were just as impressive. She gave us honest, well-informed guidance, stayed organized, and kept every deadline on track. Nothing fell through the cracks. Best decision you could make if you choose Wendy as your realtor

I can’t say enough positive comments about Wendy. She supported me and guided me through a very stressful time when preparing my home to sell, setting it up and selling it. She responds to messages quickly, is prepared with everything you need to know and will listen to your concerns. Unlike other realtors, she won’t disappear, but instead, she will be there to guide you through the process. When she wasn’t able to assist me with the task, Wendy provided the resources of someone who could. I’m grateful that Wendy was my realtor, she sold my house in an incredibly reasonable amount of time at a price that I was very happy with.
