About Ryan

Ryan O'Connor joined Terrie O'Connor Realtors (TOCR) in 2019. Throughout the years he has done some work as an office administrator and has seen tremendous success with 45+ transactions as a sales associate. With many achievements, Ryan was notably awarded by RisMedia as one of the 2024 Real Estate Newsmakers in the Trailblazers category. In 2024 & 2025 he was voted in as a board member for Greater Bergen Realtors (GBR). There, one of his responsibilities was being Board Liaison to the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and both years they went on to win YPN of the Region and even one year for the Nation. Both those years Ryan was also awarded with the Rising Star Real Estate Agent award from Five Star Professionals. Another highlight, in 2025 Ryan got a Global Referral award from Leading Real Estate Companies of The World and in 2026 Five Star Professionals would name him a Five Star Real Estate Agent. Additionally, Ryan is proud to be a member of the Realtors Relief Foundation's Annual Campaign Committee Since 2023. Ryan is a New Jersey native and currently lives in Butler. With a heart for service, Ryan supports Rebuilding Together North Jersey (RTNJ) in various forms as a Member at Large on their board. He started volunteering with RTNJ through his work with GBR's "Community Service Committee". Starting as a general volunteer and working his way up to a house captain, board member, and now co-chair of the Fund Development committee. Wonderful to work with!

Wendy is an amazing realtor who helped us both buy a house and then years later sell it. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and takes the time to truly get to know what you are looking for and offer helpful insights to the area, house details and recommendations on anything you require. She was always only a phone call away and always took our concerns seriously and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to other agents when necessary, even if it was only for our piece of mind. I wouldn’t want to work with any other person when it comes to buying or selling a house. While I am so happy to be settled and hopefully will never be moving again, I do miss working with her! 1000% recommend her and tell all of your friends! Wendy is the best!
