As first time home buyers Ron made the process feel easy. He thoroughly explained the whole process and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Responsive and readily available, and his whole team is extremely friendly. I will be referring any family and friends to Ron in the future.

Our experience with Ron while purchasing our home could not have been anymore pleasant. His response time was excellent with any questions we had. He also had all the right contacts for everything we needed during our home buying process. And most importantly we definitely didn’t just feel like regular clients. Ron really cared about making sure we got a home we could imagine spending the rest of our lives in. He is not in the realty business just to make money, he’s a people person through and through and will do his best to find you the home you’ve been looking for. We would highly recommend Ron to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home and if we are ever need of a realtor again I without a doubt will be giving him a call.

Working with Michelle was the best decision we made as first-time home buyers in Sussex County. We started off with tons of questions, but Michelle took the time to explain every single step of the process, from how to get preapproved all the way to the final closing document. She was extremely patient in helping find the perfect place in a turbulent market. She never rushed us and made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting! Once we found the place we liked, she was quick to help craft the perfect offer to get us our home. She helped us pick great partners for our mortgage and attorney. Highly recommend it if you are buying your first home.

Michelle was so helpful during our first home-buying process. She was very responsive, kind, patient, and overall great to work with. Once we got into the negotiation process, Michelle was up front, honest, and helped us secure the best deal. As first-time homebuyers, we required a lot of explanations and assistance, especially in understanding the right people, such as the mortgage professional and lawyer. Michelle got us the right contacts who were such a pleasure to work with! When it came to closing day, we've been warned about how stressful it can be. Working with Michelle's team was a breeze. We're happily in our home for a week and can't wait to see the projects we take on, and for the potential the house has!

From the moment we gave Rosemary Nusim the listing to Terri O'Conner Realtors, we were treated professionally, respectfully, and caringly. We were kept informed throughout the process by Rosemary and the support team. When the unit was under contract, Rosemary was supportive-mentally, emotionally and physically as there was a limited amount of time before the closing. Rosemary was our realtor and friend--she more than exceeded our expectations in every way. We would encourage anyone searching for a realtor--do not hesitate to call Rosemary Nusim--she is wonderful!!

Very responsive, uber professional, ensures everything goes smoothly from the start. Does her research on comps to ensure your listing is competitive according to the current market. And most importantly she is kind, she knows this process can be difficult and she does everything within her control to ensure her client’s happiness.

Allison is one of the most wonderful people you will ever know. Not only did she help us sell my parents very, run-down house and get top dollar for it; she also helped us find the perfect home for our very unique life situation. She will not push you into anything you don't want, just for the sake of the sale. Allison genuinely wants to help you get to where you want to be. Honesty, integrity, and kindness are the three words I would use to best describe her both personally and professionally. If a hundred people needed a recommendation for a realtor, I'd say choose Allison to EVERY one of them! THANKS ALLY! ❤️
