Born and raised in West Milford, New Jersey, Jason happily returned to his hometown after two years in Italy. Aside from the small town feel, he loves Northern New Jersey for its many hiking, biking, and motorcycle trails, which are enhanced by the beautiful change of seasons unique to the northeast. He also enjoys camping, fishing, and boating on the beautiful lakes throughout the area.
A self-described “jack of all trades,” he was a regional manager for a major cellular company and worked in a variety of fields, including construction and water treatment prior to joining Terrie O’Connor’s team. With an Associate’s Degree in Business and an interest in communications, Jason has a respect for customer service, having won multiple Employee of the Quarter awards throughout his life. He carries his client-focused approach into his real estate career.
As someone who values community, Jason supports local food banks and pitches in at the West Milford Autumn Lights Festival. He also loves spending time with his nieces and nephews. Lynn has called Kinnelon home for the past 25 years. She has been very active in her community, volunteering extensively in various organizations. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years, she spent numerous years in the Home School Associations, as well as a Religious Education teacher. She was also a stay-at-home mom to her 4 children, who are now in their 20’s. In addition, she is currently an independent stylist for Stella and Dot, a position she has held for the past 6 years.
Lynn grew up in Staten Island, and her early career was in sales in the garment industry in NYC. She attended Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Lynn loves all that Northern NJ has to offer, including the changes of the seasons, the lakes, hiking, the parks, shopping, restaurants, closeness to NYC and upstate NY, and the diversity of people.

Lynn Less of Teri O’Connor is a hit!
Lynn Less of Teri O’Connor Realty group is very professional thorough and creative Has great interactive skills both with myself her fellow colleagues and clients. Her ability facilitating the sale of the house started with an in depth market analysis , different strategies to maximize exposure in order to attract the right buyer and gave great presentation advice. She is very transparent , communicative and quickly responds to texts, emails and calls. She also worked closely with the attorney to seamlessly close the deal in a timely fashion. Works independently but with the support of her Teri O’Connor team when needed for open house days. I have the highest regard for her professionalism and highly grateful for making the emotional experience go smoothly for myself and family
