Lynn has called Kinnelon home for the past 25 years. She has been very active in her community, volunteering extensively in various organizations. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years, she spent numerous years in the Home School Associations, as well as a Religious Education teacher. She was also a stay-at-home mom to her 4 children, who are now in their 20’s. In addition, she is currently an independent stylist for Stella and Dot, a position she has held for the past 6 years. Lynn grew up in Staten Island, and her early career was in sales in the garment industry in NYC. She attended Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Lynn loves all that Northern NJ has to offer, including the changes of the seasons, the lakes, hiking, the parks, shopping, restaurants, closeness to NYC and upstate NY, and the diversity of people. Realtor Extraordinare--Above and Beyond MyExpectations!

From the moment we gave Rosemary Nusim the listing to Terri O'Conner Realtors, we were treated professionally, respectfully, and caringly. We were kept informed throughout the process by Rosemary and the support team. Smart, communicative, and extremely patient and kind!

Allison is one of the most wonderful people you will ever know. Not only did she help us sell my parents very, run-down house and get top dollar for it; she also helped us find the perfect home for our very unique life situation. She will not push you into anything you don't want, just for the sake of the sale. Allison genuinely wants to help you get to where you want to be. Paul is a true professional who communicated regularly with me during every step of the sale process

Paul interacted with all parties and was able to diplomatically nudge everyone along to get a closing date for the house. An exceptional Real Estate Agent!

I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Lynn was incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent -whether verbally, through email, or by text, she always kept me informed and made sure I understood every step. Lynn did an amazing job selling my house in just 4 weeks and, most importantly, she was a great advocate for my needs.
