I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shana! She successfully helped us sell our home and purchase our new home through a contingency sale; all within just a month and a half. Anyone who has been through a contingency sale knows how stressful and complicated the process can be, but Shana handled every moving piece with professionalism, patience, and incredible attention to detail. She coordinated the sale of our current home with the purchase of our new one, kept everything moving on schedule, and made sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. What could have been an overwhelming process felt manageable because we knew we had someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in getting us to the finish line. Shana worked incredibly hard for us, navigated every challenge that came up, and made sure both transactions came together successfully. Thanks to Shana, we were able to sell our home and move into our new home in just 1.5 months. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially anyone navigating a contingency sale. She truly went above and beyond for us!
