Shana was very thorough in gathering data for the local our house was in for us to develop a feel if we were getting a good price. She was very helpful in providing references for Inspection Services, one of whom we chose and were very satisfied with. She worked diligently in providing everything we needed from realtor, and then some, but at no time tried to influence us in any way, but simply provide whatever information us to help make a good decision. She is extremely hard working, and always available. Obviously, everyone does ultimately work to make profit, but Shana is motivated by her love of what she is doing and takes tremendous pride in being a knowledgeable professional in the real estate business. I always felt that she had our best interests in mind, and developed an implicit trust in her honesty and knowledge. I would recommend her as a realtor whether in buying or selling to anyone.
