He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. Julissa went above and beyond during the sale of my home. Extremely patient during a long and difficult process which was crucial to everyone involved including myself.
