Mary Beth isn't a good realtor she's a GREAT realtor. She understands the business in and out and that means alot when you're talking about buying or selling a home. She's a 10 out of 10.

When we found the house we wanted to purchase it came down to marketing the house we lived in for almost 30 years. I did not want to show it and insisted we clear it out before selling it. I could not imagine how it would show around all our belongings that we had amassed, and filled it up with during all the years living there. I was upset at the prospect and cried about it. I was not going to surrender! Shana convinced me otherwise and with her knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, I got educated. She explained the current market, the time was ripe and she proved it. She got results from the pricing, the exposure, the showings, the advertising, and the negotiating of the final sale, were far beyond any expectations. I am posting how assisted by Shana's professional knowledge and experience; we purchased and sold our house in slightly over two months.
