Really just great customer service

When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented.
