Madeline was recommended to my wife and I by a close friend and she was incredible to work with. For starters, she is a great communicator and will either make herself available to address any concerns immediately or connect you to a trustworthy colleague in the event that she cannot help you herself. In our first meetings, Madeline asked pointed questions to get to know my wife and me on a personal level before diving into our goals, wants, and needs for a house. During our nearly year-long journey of house hunting Madeline provided excellent input and was both respectful and straightforward with her opinions, offering great advice whenever we sought it. Given her experience and the working relationships she has cultivated working with Terrie O'Connor Realtors over the years, Madeline is well known in the field. This led to multiple situations in which we quickly established great rapport with potential sellers in order to get the most information possible to enable us to make the most informed decisions on whether or not to make an offer, how much to offer, etc. Whenever we considered making an offer, Madeline provided incredible market knowledge and guided us to make the most unique and competitive offer we felt comfortable making without immediately hitting our ceiling. Overall I can confidently say that Madeline is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable real estate professional and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a home.

Thank you very much Mr Jay. He not only helped us buy a house, but also gave us his experience of buying a house. His goal was not for us to buy a house, he made an effort for us to have a house in which we would be happy. It was very valuable to be able to reach us every time we call by phone. We didn't just buy a house, we gained a valuable friend, thanks again.
