Jessica and I initially met to look at a different unit. Though I liked the unit, the location was not ideal. Jessica was quick to suggest a unit on the same street that, not only in a much more amenable spot for me, seemed too good to be true. Just a day later, we were inspecting the second apartment and I was immediately enamored.
