Selling our family home after the loss of our parents was an emotional and complicated process, and we could not have asked for a better realtor than Sarah Drennan. From our very first meeting with Sarah at the house, it was immediately clear she was exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, and capable, as well as compassionate. Sarah guided my brothers and me through every step of the process. She recommended outstanding estate sale companies as well as a highly skilled moving company experienced in handling fragile antiques and sentimental items with care. Her strategic advice regarding pricing and evaluating offers was invaluable and gave us tremendous confidence throughout the sale. What truly set Sarah apart was the amount of work she handled behind the scenes. When she realized I was overwhelmed with other responsibilities, she stepped in and personally handled obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy and Fire Inspection on my behalf. She consistently kept everything moving forward and worked tirelessly to help resolve title issues that unexpectedly delayed the closing indefinitely. Sarah communicated directly and proactively with the buyer’s agent and our attorney, Chris, whom she had recommended, and in doing so kept me informed in a way that facilitated and expedited resolution of the issues that had arisen. In an especially impressive effort, she even contacted another title company she and Chris had previously worked with to learn how they would approach the issue we encountered. That insight ultimately became the key to resolving the problem and getting us to closing. Sarah went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor. Her professionalism, dedication, resourcefulness, and compassion made an incredibly difficult process manageable. I recommend her without hesitation.

Colin was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the housing market - where it was, where it might go in the future. Colin was also very knowledgeable about each house and how it would fit us, and also what needed to be done on each house and how it should be done by us, or current owner or if it even had to be done. He had an excellent knowledge about building, permits, coming up with ideas, etc. He instilled tons of confidence in us because of this knowledge which is by now for Colin second nature. Colin also seemed to know everything about the markets/neighborhoods he works with and actually seemed to be well informed certainly about most of New Jersey (but not in a No it all way, just very pleasant and nice). Colin was very responsive to our needs when searching for a house and made himself available on weekends, etc. He was on top of every transaction with all the things that needed to be done in a timely manner and made all the work of mortgages, closings, etc as painless as possible for us. He did the work!!! Obviously we would HIGHLY recommend this professional (Colin) for any and all your real estate needs and transactions. He’s a gem!
