Made a new friend

Jennifer absolutely is the best agent ever. Right off the bat she took off running with everything she had in selling our home. Always making sure there were updated portfolios to leave on the counter describing our home, ink pens, coffee cups etc…. She went above and beyond to sell our home, which she did under the average time for homes in our area to be on the market. Not only is she the best but her and I became good friends. I will always keep in touch with her and cherish her professionalism and her friendship. Rob Harrison Realty you have, in my opinion the best real estate agent in Jennifer Leeds. She is and will always be a blessing.

Wisdom, great character, calm demeanor. Professional presentation covered all bases.

Rob Harrison initially presented us with a portfolio encompassing all aspects of current market values + comparisons. His calm professional manner allowed us to be confident we had found the perfect realtor. Great personality. Thorough in his research to place our home within the price range to sell it not allow it to "sit" for months. We were so pleased to have met him. His kindness and confidence excel in a tough competitive marketplace. He SOLD our home recently. You can see the mutual respect shared with other agents. A pleasure to know and work with Rob!

Hungry agent that fights for her clients

Please do not let her age fool you. She is very cognizant of her clients needs and works feverishly to do and be the best for her clients. She goes above and beyond, even without you having to ask. I let her know the price I was willing to pay, then she handed me a contract to sign with an even lower price. She was always quick to respond, no matter the time of day. She has a professional demeanor, but still works to make the process fun. In a highly stressful process of buying a house, this might be a super power. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Smooth, Professional, and Successful Lot Sale Experience

I had a great experience working with Jennifer (my real estate agent) to sell my lot. From the very beginning, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail of the process. Jennifer took the time to explain the pricing strategy, and what to expect, which made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. What stood out most was her communication. She kept me updated regularly, responded quickly to my questions, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Selling land can sometimes be more challenging than selling a home, but she handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my lot sold in a timely manner and at a price I was very satisfied with. I truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I am looking forward to purchasing a new home soon and will definitely use Jennifer again.

I called him and left a message. He called back shortly and we discussed land I was wanting to sell. He went by the property that day and we listed it the day after. Priced slightly above market value. We sold the property the next day
