Rudy is the best realtor we could have picked. He worked above and beyond what was ever expected. He worked into the night, through the weekends, and early mornings. We had to force him to enjoy a vacation. There were some non typical aspects to our process that brought new stresses and frustrations. Having Rudy on our side kept us much more sane and positive. Rudy gave us accurate expectations for what to expect from opening offer to closing. Communication is definitely not a problem with Rudy. Answered texts and phone calls as quickly as he could. If we needed to vent about something not in the realtor lane he would let us do it and maintained professional answers and provided some clarity on things. Rudy is the one you want on your team. Buying a home and moving is stressful enough, don't add more stress by not signing Rudy to your team. 12/10 would recommend.

Rudy is an exceptional realtor and we highly recommend him. His knowledge, professionalism and friendliness goes far beyond words can describe him. He was so easy to work with and he always stayed on task from morning to night. He created a booklet of the showings of the homes listing the pros and cons which I appreciated. He was always on time and had goodie bags for us every time we met. He consistenly checked on us, making sure we were ready to view the homes or needed to reschedule for any reason. Because of his perseverance and great energy, we were able to find our brand new home in 2 weeks! And even after purchasing our home, Rudy still checks on us and we just adore him. He definitely made this first time experience, pleasant, easy and fun. We highly recommend him.
