Jennifer was the key piece in finding our perfect home and navigating the loan process with me step by step. Told everything up front was very clear on what we needed to close. Showed us large number of homes in our budget and within driving distance from my work. Daily updates on new homes on the market. I am very happy with our home and with it being first home purchase for me Jennifer was very patient with me even called me on her cruise working my deal. She answered my wife's and my questions daily! I can not say in words how great Jennifer was, made this dream happen for me with so much hard work and dedication to making sure everything worked out. Jennifer was very knowledgeable of every aspect of the house purchase process. She explained things well and provided zoom video meetings at the house prior to and on day of closing. We are moving to Ocala Florida from upstate NY so her working with Florida family members who live minutes from the house was critical to making the whole process work. Jennifer absolutely is the best agent ever. Right off the bat she took off running with everything she had in selling our home. Always making sure there were updated portfolios to leave on the counter describing our home, ink pens, coffee cups etc…. She went above and beyond to sell our home, which she did under the average time for homes in our area to be on the market. Not only is she the best but her and I became good friends. Please do not let her age fool you. She is very cognizant of her clients needs and works feverishly to do and be the best for her clients. She goes above and beyond, even without you having to ask. I let her know the price I was willing to pay, then she handed me a contract to sign with an even lower price. She was always quick to respond, no matter the time of day. She has a professional demeanor, but still works to make the process fun. In a highly stressful process of buying a house, this might be a super power. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I called him and left a message. He called back shortly and we discussed land I was wanting to sell. He went by the property that day and we listed it the day after. Priced slightly above market value. We sold the property the next day
