Robb was able to take a struggling listing, revamp it with updated photos of the home and community, and also add an upbeat description for the potential buyers. He was polite but direct and honest, set some clear guidelines about the listing, and was responsive any time we needed him. He had a great understanding of the market, and was able to help us feel educated about the sales process.

Exceptional agent. Keep us informed in every step in selling our home. Listed home on Friday, 4 days later we had a qualifying offer. That just doesn't happen when you have at least 70 competing listings in a 55 n over community.!! Her listing of our home was outstanding, from pictures to a short video and aerial photos and listing all the amenities that Oak Run has to offer. Jennifernis the epitome of what an agent should be. We consider a diamond and also a friend.

Jennifer was most helpful and knowledgeable, she understands the market and was able to negotiate in my interest. She was not pushy and rush to make a sale, she genuinely cared and wanted to get the best deal for her clients. She was diligent and proactive to check with the city about specific requirements and followed up. I loved that she provided honest and trustworthy information. My sister recommended Jennifer to help sell my property and I would definitely recommend her. Thanks Jennifer, we need more agents like you.

Jennifer was the key piece in finding our perfect home and navigating the loan process with me step by step. Told everything up front was very clear on what we needed to close. Showed us large number of homes in our budget and within driving distance from my work. Daily updates on new homes on the market. I am very happy with our home and with it being first home purchase for me Jennifer was very patient with me even called me on her cruise working my deal. She answered my wife's and my questions daily! I can not say in words how great Jennifer was, made this dream happen for me with so much hard work and dedication to making sure everything worked out. Definitely went above and beyond I am so grateful I had Jennifer as my agent!!!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable of every aspect of the house purchase process. She explained things well and provided zoom video meetings at the house prior to and on day of closing. We are moving to Ocala Florida from upstate NY so her working with Florida family members who live minutes from the house was critical to making the whole process work. She also addressed every question we had and quickly sought out answers when needed. We highly recommend Jennifer for any real estate sale or purchase. Thanks Jennifer! Bob and Val
