Jennifer absolutely is the best agent ever. Right off the bat she took off running with everything she had in selling our home. Always making sure there were updated portfolios to leave on the counter describing our home, ink pens, coffee cups etc…. She went above and beyond to sell our home, which she did under the average time for homes in our area to be on the market. Not only is she the best but her and I became good friends. Please do not let her age fool you. She is very cognizant of her clients needs and works feverishly to do and be the best for her clients. She goes above and beyond, even without you having to ask. I let her know the price I was willing to pay, then she handed me a contract to sign with an even lower price. She was always quick to respond, no matter the time of day. She has a professional demeanor, but still works to make the process fun. In a highly stressful process of buying a house, this might be a super power. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Rudy is the best realtor we could have picked. He worked above and beyond what was ever expected. He worked into the night, through the weekends, and early mornings. We had to force him to enjoy a vacation. There were some non typical aspects to our process that brought new stresses and frustrations. Having Rudy on our side kept us much more sane and positive. Rudy gave us accurate expectations for what to expect from opening offer to closing. Communication is definitely not a problem with Rudy. Answered texts and phone calls as quickly as he could. If we needed to vent about something not in the realtor lane he would let us do it and maintained professional answers and provided some clarity on things. Rudy is the one you want on your team. Buying a home and moving is stressful enough, don't add more stress by not signing Rudy to your team. 12/10 would recommend.

I chose Jennifer to market my property after a lengthy search online. I do not live in the area and after talking to several realtors I felt very confident with Jennifer. I inherited from my mother pasture land in Anthony, it has been leased out since the 1960's. I had two names, one address and a very old copy of the lease. Jennifer did all the leg work and found a mutual agreement to end the lease. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and the property sold in three months at a price very close to what I believed it to be worth. Jennifer made everything very easy for me and I highly recommend her services.
