Robb was amazing to work with! I am an out-of-state buyer who flew into town for only 4 days to look at and potentially purchase property. In those few days, Robb made sure to make time for me, answer my calls and texts, and adopted my priorities and values as his own when working with me (if I needed space for my dogs to run, he was looking at yard size and pointing out places that would work well). Out of the blue someone contacted me and wanted to buy some property I had. I was not knowledgeable on the contracts they presented and needed someone who was. That's when I contacted Robb. He diligently read over all the contracts and explained them to me. I was not in Ocala at the time so he represented me. Once that property closed I was interested in buying a house. We toured 5 the first day and 4 some days later. With each one he pointed out the pros and cons even presenting me with a mold report for one.
