I had three Realtors show, but Robb was the only one on time. He was very insightful and kind...He patiently waited by the door for his turn as I had a late realtor still inside. He immediately was on the POSITIVE that he could easily sell my home. We walked around and I made a punch list of observations he saw to help me sell quickly. Out of the blue someone contacted me and wanted to buy some property I had. I was not knowledgeable on the contracts they presented and needed someone who was. That's when I contacted Robb. He diligently read over all the contracts and explained them to me. I was not in Ocala at the time so he represented me. Once that property closed I was interested in buying a house. We toured 5 the first day and 4 some days later. With each one he pointed out the pros and cons even presenting me with a mold report for one. When we walked into the last house we knew it was the one.He presented our offer of $15,000 under asking and they took it. He was instrumental in helping us line up our 4 point inspection as well as the tradesman after purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Robb for sellers or buyers.
