Rudy is the best realtor we could have picked. He worked above and beyond what was ever expected. He worked into the night, through the weekends, and early mornings. We had to force him to enjoy a vacation. There were some non typical aspects to our process that brought new stresses and frustrations. Having Rudy on our side kept us much more sane and positive. Rudy gave us accurate expectations for what to expect from opening offer to closing. Communication is definitely not a problem with Rudy. Answered texts and phone calls as quickly as he could. If we needed to vent about something not in the realtor lane he would let us do it and maintained professional answers and provided some clarity on things. Rudy is the one you want on your team. Buying a home and moving is stressful enough, don't add more stress by not signing Rudy to your team. 12/10 would recommend.

I chose Jennifer to market my property after a lengthy search online. I do not live in the area and after talking to several realtors I felt very confident with Jennifer. I inherited from my mother pasture land in Anthony, it has been leased out since the 1960's. I had two names, one address and a very old copy of the lease. Jennifer did all the leg work and found a mutual agreement to end the lease. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and the property sold in three months at a price very close to what I believed it to be worth. Jennifer made everything very easy for me and I highly recommend her services.

Jennifer Leeds was quite possibly the most compassionate realtor I have experienced. The sale of my father’s farm was emotionally difficult for me and Jennifer was there to answers questions and help guide us every step of the way. Our sale was unique and very quick due to several circumstances even with hoops and hurdles along the way. I feel she went over and above to accommodate us. Robb assisted me in the purchase of my new home in Ocala! As a Realtor myself, I have pretty high expectations. Robb was fantastic to work with. He previewed properties for me, sent videos, negotiated a fair price for me and monitored the sale closely until closing. He ensured that the punch list got completed prior to closing and even made sure we received the screens for the windows when we realized that they were missing.
