We wish we would have found Christine sooner. Christine is very professional. She was ready to immediately post and get things rolling. She added touches and made suggestions that I believe sold our house quickly. Her negotiation skills are top notch and you can trust she has your back throughout the entire process. Making the decision to sell our father's home, after 9 years of his passing, was difficult. The property was in a Trust with my sister and I as Trustees. Jim was sensitive to the nature of the sale. We live in Texas, so a cross country sale is not an easy task. He was our eyes and ears and provided feedback via conference calls weekly. He lived(s) in the same Subdivision, as our property. Being out of state, when it became time to sell our investment/rental home, we needed a hands-on Real Estate agent. The house needed a lot of work. Jim had many contacts with painters, window replacement contractors, cleaners, yard maintenance, etc. He was able to schedule all repairs in a timely manner. and prices were reasonable. Jim even did some of the work himself. Having confidence in Jim's knowledge and professionalism made the process less stressful. I felt like I was working with a friend, and he had my best interest.
