Working with Marla to sell a home in my deceased sister estate made a very complicated process much easier. Marla is an extremely knowledgeable realtor and was very professional and personable with all parties involved. She gets things done!
had a disappointing experience with Marla. She never disclosed her commission upfront—I only found out in the first offer contract. She also locked me into a six-month "Exclusive Right-to-Buy" agreement. On closing day, I discovered she had checked the box requiring me to pay the buyer’s agent administration fee without informing me. Even after the contract expired, she kept pushing for payment until she ultimately covered it, but the damage was done. Her bidding strategy was flawed, causing us to lose two offers. She also claimed to know contractors but refused to share their contact info when I needed it. Her inspector missed two major leaks, despite our concerns, proving ineffective. Initially responsive, her communication dropped significantly after the inspection. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend working with her.
