We had an excellent experience with Jim. He was very knowledgeable with regard to the market in the Douglas county and southern Denver communities. He came prepared to every meeting we had with him. He was very professional in all our interactions. Jim also has strong support staff. Finally, Jim provided several good contractor recommendations post close.

Jennifer has been a 5 star agent from day one until the closing date. Could not have asked for anything more. She was always available for questions and answers. Can not say enough positive things about her. If you are in need of a Realtor, we would highly recomend her.

This was my first time buying a home and Troy was patient with me as we worked through what I was looking for and answered all of my questions in the meantime. He helped and guided me through the entire buying process and has a great team working with him. Troy is knowledgeable and professional, as well as a great person to be around!

We wish we would have found Christine sooner. Christine is very professional. She was ready to immediately post and get things rolling. She added touches and made suggestions that I believe sold our house quickly. Her negotiation skills are top notch and you can trust she has your back throughout the entire process. She knows her business and if you have any questions, she can explain everything to you in layman's terms. If you don't hire her, you will really wish you did.

Ben was outstanding to work with on the purchase of our new home. He was honest, transparent and always had our best interests in mind on our very diligent search. Ben did a fantastic job of informing us of pros/cons with each and every property we visited, and he was instrumental in the negotiations with the seller. He was also extremely informative and helpful on the closing process. With Ben’s advice and guidance, we found our dream home amid a very challenging market and we are grateful for his support! Thanks, Ben

We've now worked with Jim on three real estate transactions; a purchase 10 years ago, the recent sale of the same home, and the purchase of a new home. Jim is an excellent agent and understands everything required to make a deal happen and at the best possible price. Highly recommended.

Making the decision to sell our father's home, after 9 years of his passing, was difficult. The property was in a Trust with my sister and I as Trustees. Jim was sensitive to the nature of the sale. We live in Texas, so a cross country sale is not an easy task. He was our eyes and ears and provided feedback via conference calls weekly. He lived(s) in the same Subdivision, as our property. Jim was extremely knowledgeable of the buyers' wants/needs, while highlighting the important features of our home. His guidance and perseverance through the process, was priceless. I would not hesitate to refer Jim or use him in the future!

Being out of state, when it became time to sell our investment/rental home, we needed a hands-on Real Estate agent. The house needed a lot of work. Jim had many contacts with painters, window replacement contractors, cleaners, yard maintenance, etc. He was able to schedule all repairs in a timely manner. and prices were reasonable. Jim even did some of the work himself. Having confidence in Jim's knowledge and professionalism made the process less stressful. I felt like I was working with a friend, and he had my best interest. His market knowledge and negotiating skills during the sale were a bonus. I appreciated all his hard work and know he would do the same for all his clients.
