Joan had a designer immediately come to our house to give us ideas and properly stage it. From the time our house went on the market we had several showings scheduled a week. Joan is very knowledgeable on the current housing market. She explained approximately how long to expect the house to be on the market and properly priced the house to be competitive with similar houses on the market in the area. Throughout the process, the Joan Pratt group kept us updated on activity and interest for our house.
