Taylor Palese was excellent. We viewed a number of homes and he was very prepared with research on each property. There was no pressure and when I identified the property that I wanted to purchase, he was outstanding with regard to negotiating the purchase and identifying and outstanding inspector. He was most helpful in ascertaining a loan and even assisted me in completing the myriad of forms that were necessary to get a loan. He even came to my home to assist me in explaining some other forms that I had to complete. Taylor even went to the house to assist in measuring the space so that I could be certain that my sofa fit in the living room. Taylor went with me to the closing and was so helpful in explaining all of the details to me. Taylor Palese is a consummate realtor who was always professional and very helpful in all of his endeavors. I could not have asked for a better partner to assist me in purchasing my home. We love working with Rike! This is our second time working with him, and he is always very timely, communicative, and answers all the questions (a lot of them) we have with a sense of calm and ease. He pushes to get the best deals for us, and gives his true opinion which is very appreciated. The turnaround from viewing, to inspection, and close was tight but he was able to get us what we wanted, schedule bids and inspectors, and was patient with our funky schedules during it. Would highly recommend working with Rike!

In the sea of laziness in Renae’s industry…what a grinder, hustler and hard worker she is, is all I thought through the entire process. Renae made me feel like I was the only pebble on the beach. Her plan, attention to detail, marketing ideas, communication and execution is all about precision. I’m a successful and detail oriented entrepreneur and I admit I learned a lot from Renae through the process. Her middle name should be, “Perfectionist.” My advice to someone looking to hire a Realtor. Don’t make my mistakes. We absolutely LOVE Erica. She has consistently gone above and beyond for us, both before we were ready to sell, while we were sitting on the market, during the under contract period, and during closing when we sold our last house. She made us feel heard, important and in control every step of the way. When we were between places for 8 months she never pushed us to be ready before we knew we would be, and was just a call away - ready to jump into action - when we were finally ready to pull the trigger on buying a new place. She is gentle, kind, understanding, and professional without being overbearing. She has also always been consistently REAL with us, telling us when we were shooting too high, or not high enough. I cannot sing her praises enough, we would choose to work with her over and over and over again, and probably will.
