Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.

This was our best real estate experience ever and Juhi deserves the credit for it. We have never had a realtor work for us like she did. She always had clear answers to our questions and even had answers when we didn't realize that we SHOULD have questions. She knows people who can clean, paint, repair, install, etc and her recommendations for these services were stellar. In many cases she even coordinated the work for us. Taylor has great attention to detail. He had my property professionally cleaned and photographed twice. He has access to great and affordable contractors if needed.
