A fellow Realtor recommended Rike, and I was surprised because my impression had been that he dealt exclusively in the luxury market, and my property was a “regular” house in a “regular” neighborhood. At our initial meeting, he didn’t boast (even subtly) about his sales record, which I found to be a truly refreshing distinction from other top producing agents. My home had several factors that I was uncertain how to address before putting the house in the market. Rike assessed the situation and gave me sound advice. Later in the transaction, he met me at the property on a Friday evening for a contractor meeting that took over 3 hours.
