Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. She called us back quickly, spent more than an hour answering questions and talking through the market for our home, and even toured homes, all of that before we had signed a contract. Jenny, another agent on Erica’s team, worked closely with us throughout the whole process as well, and the two of them made everything feel coordinated and easy. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, especially when your purchase depends on selling your current home by a strict deadline.
