He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and was so kind and patient when our toddler wanted to spend some extra time running around. Ben listened to our needs and what we were looking for in a home helping us hone in on what we wanted and needed for our growing family. Joan is more than we ever expected a realtor to be. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Joan is kind and so very approachable. Joan goes the extra mile , in fact, she brought in a bed for my husband to sleep on after the furniture was moved. He stayed behind to finish tax season and waited for the house to sell. We have had six realtors in our life and no one has been as wonderful and successful as Joan. Her team was always available to turn on it off the lights after a showing. In my opinion that is a real asset.
