I can't say enough positive things about Juhi Johnson. She demonstrated her market knowledge by pricing the house right and it sold for 99.8% of the asking price. Along the way we uncovered a plethora of problems, and Juhi proved her expertise in solving them. Her database of contractors and "fixers" is awesome, and she worked tirelessly to resolve every problem. Along the way she communicated constantly and explained all the Real Estate nuances in clear, concise language. She negotiated some sticky problems with the buyers to their and my mutual satisfaction. I'd recommend her for your home sale any time and any place, though her knowledge of the Willow Creek neighborhood makes her a definite "go-to" agent for this area, especially.
