Marilyn Allen has been so great during the sell of our house. Due to a promotion we had to put our house on the market quickly and Marilyn was quick to assist us and get our house sold well before our deadline. I found Marilyn when I first moved to Colorado in 2015 and she helped me purchase my very first home. She has more than 20 years of experience working with Veterans, was super personable and was so patient in helping me find what I was looking as I had just moved to Denver. She helped me find the perfect starter Townhouse and I was thrilled! 3 years later I was looking for something a little bigger and decided to head south to Colorado Springs. Marilyn didn't try to pass me off to someone in that area and instead made the 1.5 hour drive to look at houses with me on more than one occasion. Again, I found what I needed for that time in my life and Marilyn was right there with me helping me navigate selling my townhouse while purchasing my new house in Colorado Springs in 2018. Fast forward to the end of 2023 and I decided I wanted to come back to Denver as I am a nurse and I work in Denver so the commute became a little daunting. At this point I was ready to look at something new that I could put my personal stamp on. I didn't hesitate to call Marilyn and let her know I needed her expertise yet again. She got the ball rolling and my house went under contract in less than a week! She has always had my best interest at heart, she is not afraid to speak her mind when navigating the housing market with other agents and fought for me the entire way. I am now the proud owner of my dream home and I could not have gotten through it without her. There is a reason I keep going back to her when I need a change. Over the years she provided me with nothing but the best service and has become what I would call a wonderful friend. I would recommend her to any first time buyer or just someone that wants a personally wonderful home buying experience.
